June 2 (M): Summer Medley Intensive Registration Opens ($25 Late Fee starts June 30th)
June 9 (M): Warmup, Bag & Swag Orders Due (Optional Purchases)
June 30th (M): Late Fee for Summer Medley Intensive Starts
AUGUST 2025
August 4 – 7 (M-TH): Summer Medley Intensive, MANDATORY (All Youth/Jrs & Pre-Teens – 2 Days) Between 8am-5pm
August 4 (M): Fall Tuition Due ($25 Late Fee Starts August 5th)
August 9 (S): BYU Summer Dance Challenge Competition @ BYU (Individual Competition, no Team)
August 18 (M): *Team Rehearsals Begin Youth – Times TBD, Jr. @ 4-6pm & Preteen @ 4:15-5:45pm
August 23 (S): Team Kick Offs, Ropes Course (Youth Only) & Family Party & Picnic @ 8am-8pm
*Youth Teams will either do 4-6:30pm Regular Practices All Year OR 4-6pm practice in the Fall, and starting after Winter Showcase, add an hour of practice from 4-7pm for the remainder of the year.*
SEPTEMBER 2025
September 1 (M): Labor Day (No Practice)
September 19 (F): Opener Rehearsal @ 4-7 pm (All Teams – Specific Timeline TBD)
*Might do some daytime school assemblies for a few teams. Teams and details TBD.*
OCTOBER 2025
October 16-20: Fall Break (No Practice on Monday)

NOVEMBER 2025
November 14-15: BYU Dancesport Championships (Individual, No Team Competition – High School Preview Night for all Juniors, Seniors & Parents)
November 18 (T): Winter Showcase Tickets Available
November 26-30: Thanksgiving Break (No Team Practices)

DECEMBER 2025
December 5 (F): Opener Rehearsal @ 4-7pm (All Teams – Specific Timeline TBD)
December 6 (Sat.): Youth Winter Showcase (Shows at 1pm and 3:30pm, rehearsal starts at 7:30am, ends at 5:30pm)
December 8 (M): *Possible Youth Hour Rehearsal Increase? (see below), Winter Tuition Due ($25 Late Fee starts on Tues., Dec. 9)
December 17 (W): Last Rehearsal Before Winter Break – In Team Christmas Party for 15-20 minutes)
December 22-Jan. 2: Winter Break (No Team Rehearsals)

January 9 (F): Team Rehearsal for ALL Teams Between 4-9pm for Preteens, Juniors & Youth
January 19 (M): Team Rehearsal for Youth & Junior Teams Only @ 2-5pm (Tentative time based on room availability at BYU – MLK Day)
January 23-24 or 30-31 (F/S): Provo High School Competition, MANDATORY (Youth B1, Youth B2, Junior A/B1/B2 Teams)

February 7 (Sat.): Utah Dancesport Challenge, MANDATORY (Youth A, Junior A & PreTeen A Teams)
February 11-15: California Open Competition Trip, MANDATORY (All Youth Teams)
February 16 (M): Team Rehearsals for Youth & Junior Teams Only 2-5pm (Tentative time based on room availability at BYU - President’s Day)
February 20 (F): Team Rehearsal for ALL Teams Between 4-9pm for Preteens, Juniors & Youth
February 25 (W): Ward Show @ 6-9pm in Mapleton (Date still tentative, participating Teams TBD)
February 27-28 (F/S): UVU Competition, MANDATORY (Youth B2, Junior B1/B2, Preteen A/B Teams)
MARCH 2026
March 7 (F): Team Rehearsals for ALL teams between 4-9pm for Preteen, Junior & Youth dancers
(Possible Final Show of All Medleys for Parents - tentative)
March 9 (M): Team Rehearsal for ALL Teams Between 4-9pm for Preteens, Juniors & Youth
March 10 (T): Preliminary Formation Round at Marriott Center, MANDATORY, (Yth/Jr - Times TBA)
March 11-14: United States National Amateur Dancesport Championships, MANDATORY, (All Teams)
March 16 (M): End of Year Parties @ 4-6:30pm (Times for each team TBD)
APRIL 2026
March 30 (M): Audition Prep Class Starts @ 4-5pm (no class week of Spring Break April 6-10, class resumes on April 13th)
April 29 (W): Audition Prep Class Ends @ 4-5pm
MAY 2026
May 2 (Sat.): 2026-2027 BYU Youth Dancesport Open Auditions
May 6 (W): Audition Results Posted for All Teams
May 8 (F): Accept Team Spots & Pay $200 Deposit
May 12 (T): Parent’s Meeting for 2026-2027 Season @ 6-9pm
